What Makes emsEvaluator™ Different From Other Systems?
Simple.. emsEvaluator™ is a tool designed to enhance your existing Protocol System, not replace it. emsEvaluator™ provides you with a means to evaluate the dispatcher's ability to handle the call using the system your agency is currently using.Training effectiveness can now be evaluated by specifically identifying the dispatchers ability to perform their protocols. Areas that are not clearly defined during training, or that the dispatcher needs additional training to master, are readily identifiable using emsEvaluator™'s reporting system. Breaking down each call into pre-defined sections gives the evaluator a well-rounded picture of the dispatcher's overall performance as well as their performance for each pre-defined section.
Over a very short time, you will begin to notice trends and areas where your dispatchers, or your entire Comm center, are excelling or falling below requirements, giving you an incredible advantage to target these areas with additional training before it becomes a problem.
emsEvaluator™ was designed to work with your existing Protocol system: whether it be State Protocol systems, Customized Agency Protocol Systems, or State or Local Protocol systems that have been specifically tailored for a particular Agency by a Physician Advisor.
